Amazing experience! I bought a used airstream this time but I will definitely use Camper Clinic 2 for a new purchase someday. My purchase was totally orchestrated by Bryan Walker. He was GREAT at communicating and took us through the purchase with no hiccups. I highly recommend this dealership. This was top notch from beginning to every last detail. Not only was Bryan amazing but the financing, service and parts teams were awesome! I have been contacted several times after my purchase just to make sure I didn’t have any needs. I recently purchased a travel trailer from camper clinic. the prices here or better than other places I had gone to. The service was great. Janene was very helpful and was unhurried. she showed us all of the travel trailers we asked to see. very friendly and very easy to talk to. when we picked up our travel trailer, John the technician at camp or clinic was very helpful. he answered any small silly question we had and was also able to answer any very technical questions we posed to him. Since buying my trailer I lived in it for 2 months and there were some issues I found while living in it. I called camper clinic and they scheduled me in to take my camper in. I was able to get my camper looked at and since some of the issues were big I had to leave it for a few days, but Brian and the service department was very helpful. Brian kept in communication with me to let me know what was happening with the trailer. They definitely stand behind the products they sell at camper clinic and if you have any issue with it, as small as it may be, they will take care of it. want to thank John, Brian and Janene for a great job and thank you all. - Jaime
Emily and Camper Clinic II did a great job helping me find the right rental for our trip and her attention to detail and going the extra mile really helped. I highly recommend them.
We rented a 28ft camper and it was perfect, well maintained, clean and she took the time to go over everything to make sure it would run smooth during our trip.

We just purchased our second RV from CC2. It was a spontaneous trade-in and CC2 made the process basically seamless. After all was said and done we picked up the 5th wheel last Saturday, and this review is truly for Alan in the service department. When we purchased our first bumper pull from across the street, we got a walk through, but nothing as in depth as this. Alan demonstrated everything and was so knowledgeable about all the things he was explaining. He found a few things that needed to be ‘touched up’ prior to us leaving the lot and had it done in no time. He was great, and we enjoyed the time he took to help us that seemed above and beyond. - Kristen
The decision to purchase a recreational vehicle that will be used as a ‘tiny house’, is a complicated one. Not all dealers have the patience to work through the necessary questions with a ‘Newbie’. Collin Duffy and Rachel Adams of Camper Clinic II patiently worked through countless hours of questions, came up with creative solutions and walked me through to the post sales process. Camper Clinic II put me up in an RV resort and Collin traveled out to make sure everything was hooked up, answered yet more questions and I was back to Houston with My Silver Bullet ‘Eleanor’ to start a new adventure. On June 4 while setting up our trailer (which we bought from you last September) at Canyon of the Eagles we experienced some challenges with the self leveling system. This was in part do to the sloping RV site which seemed to confuse the automatic leveling system.
I called Camper Clinic and asked for assistance and was transferred to Melanie. She was extremely helpful and patient as she helped us find the solution to our problems. She even went out on your lot and took pictures of another unit like ours and sent them to me to help me locate what I needed to look for on my trailer.
All this said, Melanie went above and beyond as she helped us novice campers learn how to correctly use our self leveling system.
Brian, I am sure you get your share of complaints from customers when things go wrong. Just wanted to make your week start off on a high note by praising one of your employees who did an outstanding job and went the extra mile in helping us with our problem. - Same
Robert C. our sales guy deserves steak dinner, vacation, and a raise that is how great he was. Also, the rest of the team was amazing. In no sence wast there a single person who were pushy or mean.We went 1 time before when we first started looking then our credit wasn’t the best so we looked at other places. (Which was horrific) and then ended back to camper clinic with Robert and this time we had a co signer which helped us get the deal done. They worked hard and fought for us with financing, knowing this was a dream to have our own TT. Everything went smoothly and perfect from the start to finish! We love our TT and couldn’t be more thankful then we are now. If I could rate the whole team I would defiantly give them 1,000,000% they are quick, efficient, they listen to your wants and don’t wants, they even set up your rig so it’s ready to go after doing the ” class” on how everything works, tip and tricks to maintaining the TT. If your are looking into getting travel trailer or anything else this is the BEST place to go! - David
We purchased our 2019 Airstream International 28 RBQ in April….we came all the way from Dallas to purchase the trailer because of the deal and how Rachel Adams worked with us. One of our concerns was the distance from the dealer if we needed service and Rachel assured us they would work with us to resolve any issue. We love our trailer and have only had a few minor issues (which is great compared to most RV’s). We had one issue (recall) and Mel in the service department worked with us to get it resolved so we didn’t have to make the 5 hour one way trip. Mel has also helped resolve all of minor issues. This show’s that they (Camper Clinic II) walk the walk and support their product and are truly concerned about their customer. Great organization. - Clarence
